❤️ Once the return has been approved, you will receive an email containing the return address and instructions.

❤️ All online returns must be postmarked within 7 days from delivery date or ready-to-pickup email confirmation.

❤️ Items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

we are forced to charge a $1 fee for items not returned in original packaging.

❤️ Online orders cannot be returned to the store.

❤️ Items can be exchanged in store for same-season items only, subject to availability.

❤️ The customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping cost.

❤️ We can not take responsibility for orders forwarded from the original shipping address.

❤️ If the order qualified for free shipping, and after the return the total is below $150, the original shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from the refund.
