Online Orders

❤️ Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and shipping details.

 

❤️ Please make sure your shipping address and/or store pickup location are correct, as we are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit.

 

❤️ Please include your apartment or unit number in the shipping address.

 

❤️ If an item is out of stock, it will not be processed, and you will be refunded.

 

❤️ We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $150 USD. For all other U.S. orders, a flat shipping fee of $8.99 applies.

 

❤️ Most orders ship within 2 business days. During high-order volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days.

 

❤️ Standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

 

❤️ We do not operate on weekends or major Jewish holidays.

 

❤️ Colors shown on the website may appear slightly different from the actual product.

 

❤️ We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.

 

❤️ Sale items are FINAL SALE.

 

❤️ If you need to cancel your order for any reason, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Store Pickup Orders

 

❤️ Orders must be picked up within 7 days of the pickup confirmation email.

 

❤️ Any order not picked up within 2 weeks may be donated at our discretion.

 

❤️ Orders may take up to 7 business days to arrive at the selected store location.

 

❤️ We currently ship to our Williamsburg, Boro Park, Monsey, Monroe, and Lakewood stores.

 


Returns for Online Orders

❤️ We understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we accept returns on non-sale items only.

 

❤️ To return an item, please click HERE and follow the instructions provided, or visit our Returns Page on our website. Returns submitted outside of this process may not be eligible for a refund.

 

❤️ Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the carrier.
 Returns sent after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund and may be donated at our discretion.

 

❤️ Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

 

❤️ A $1 fee will be charged for items returned without the original packaging.

 

❤️ Online orders cannot be returned to a store location.

 

❤️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

❤️ We are not responsible for orders that are forwarded from the original shipping address.

 

❤️ Exchanges may be made in-store for same-season items only and are subject to availability.

 

❤️ If your order originally qualified for free shipping and the return brings the order total below $150, the original shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from your refund.

 

❤️ Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

❤️ Returns must include the original invoice.

 

❤️ Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow up to 10 additional business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

 

❤️ Any items returned that do not meet the conditions above will not be refunded and may be donated at our discretion.
